Je planifie actuellement mon déménagement au Canada, afin de pouvoir rejoindre mon frère et ma famille. Je suis déjà en contact avec un consultant en immigration à Toronto concernant les formalités. Je recherche un employeur qui serait prêt à embaucher un employé de l'étranger, ce qui me permettrait ainsi de compléter ma demande d'immigrer de façon permanente au Canada.

Cela m’aiderait énormément si vous pouviez me mettre en contact avec différents établissements à la recherche d'un assistant-gérant ou d’un sommelier.

Depuis 2013, j’occupe le poste de sommelier, chef adjoint en charge de la carte des vins se composant d’environ 280 étiquettes à l’hôtel St. Regis Doha, à Qatar. Mes responsabilités additionnelles comprennent la formation du personnel, la gestion des stocks, les événements d’accords de vins et la conception du menu. Vous trouverez mon CV ci-dessous.

Je fais également des plans pour commencer mon diplôme WSET du IWEG de Toronto. Lors de ma dernière visite au Canada, j’ai constaté que le pays disposait d'une industrie du tourisme et hospitalière dynamique. Cela m'a incité à commencer ma demande de déménagement au Canada.

  • Part of the award winning team for two consecutive years 2014/2015 at the Hakkasan, Doha, as the best Chinese restaurant, being selected by TIME OUT Magazine Doha.
